As a professional, I have worked with hundreds of people over thousands of hours to better understanding themselves, their strengths and what may be holding them back from achieving their true potential.

Recently, after working one-on-one with individuals since 2009, I decided to revise this goal to bring awareness of the need for solid mental wellness on an ongoing basis.

Having solid mental wellness means that when life inevitably throws us a curb ball, we’ll know how to handle it with more ease.

This is why I started this blog and also the plan of starting two podcasts.
